Bob Evans in Angola

Cheryl the server was awefull. Food was good. Put service u could tell she didnt want yo be there and guests where not import to her. Never saw a manager on the floor either. This place has gone down hill.

Due to the snow storm the kitchen was low on help so there was about a 30-40 minute wait on food. Joy was our server and took good care of us. Coffee was great and food tasted good and it was hot.

High calories. Bad waiting times and waiters were very late and do not respond. Not recommended.

Service is awful, 3rd time we have been in there and couldn't get anyone to come to our table until we said something, sat there well over 10 minutes!! Food was good though, it took us 1:15 minutes and all we did was order 3 salads and ice tea! Get some help Bob Evans

Good food and quick friendly service.

Took an hour after it was ordered to get our food. Bacon was real greasy and not hot. Eggs were only warm. Place was only half full. Waitress was very nice and responsive.

Food is average, and the wait to get it is absurdly long. Id recommend eating some where else.

Bob Evan's is always consistent its neither bad or great kinda in between..

Waitresses were nice but service was slow.

A little disappointing the picture looked better than what I got and the chicken pot pie was extremely salty

Told when we walked in the door that we could be seated but would likely wait 40 minutes or more for food. That's how we were greeted. Also as an area business leader I like to treat my employees to breakfast once in a while. My administrative assistant called prior to the end of the business day to place an order for a breakfast buffet the following morning and we were told, "they couldn't do that" and that we should of called 24 hours in advance of the order. Come for the food, leave for the service. The seating capacity is not matched to the kitchen capacity. I don't fault the servers. It comes down to the lack of management of the facility. My wife always thinks I am a masocist when I suggest we come here for breakfast.

Extremely slow service, overcooked hashbrowns, not frequently checked on by waitress. Also, a loud f-bomb was heard from the kitchen, not in like an "ouch that hurt" way but in casual conversation.

I got the soup and salad they brought both at same time not good. My husband got the Wild fire salad they've really cut down on the serving its more like the half size salad but regular size. Who ever is running Bob Evans now is really hurting it!

Food was good. Service was decent but had to ask for silverware since there was none at our table and then the waitress only brought enough for 3 of our party of 6. We had to ask for more. Also did not ask to bring us boxes to take our leftovers home and just dropped our check on the table as she swooped by. She was really engrossed in having conversations with other tables.

The service was extremely slow, and they weren't busy! Had to flag someone down for a refill on water. They got one order wrong (out of 5). And my food was not hot.

I love the Bob Evans chain. In the past, this store has not lived up to the brand, however it seems like they've put some time into cleaning up their act. The staff is friendly now and the food quality has improved. A few years ago, I decided I wasn't going back after repeated bad experiences, but last week it really sounded good so I gave it a try again. Glad I did!

I ready enjoy stopping to this place when I am in town . Food always seems to be hot and fresh. And the staff are way friendly than the places in fort wayne in.

Once again this location did not dissapoint......IT IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!!!! 1 hour to get food, was cold, cook didn't know butter side of the toast from no butter and made sandwich backwards, forgot bacon on half plus cheese. Place has dirty tables etc..

Terrible service here. Went in with my mother. We were seated right away but it took the waitress 10 minutes to come over and take our drink order and another 10 for her to bring our drinks and take our order. And then an hour to get our food. My food was decent, no real complaints on mine. My mom ordered a salad and the lettuce was hot. Not warm, hot. Now I fully understand why all the Bob Evans restaurants around are getting closed.

Horrible - food was not made correctly - they froze all of their customers w/ central air on a 78 degree day - they forgot they had no sausage biscuit gravey up for ordering so they tried to bring me half my food and i ordered eggs scrambled lightly w/ cheese but when i picked the eggs up with my fork the entire egg order stayed on my fork as one solid mass of eggs. Plus the eggs had no cheese. However, my 11 and 13 yr old enjoyed their meal. Of course i won't ever return to this restaurant again!

Horrible waited 1hr for food not even busy. Nobody walked around offering coffee refills had to ask everytime. Not sure what the problem was but not good. Waitress was doing her best when you could find her.

This place has went downhill BAD!!! We will never return! Horrible service, and our sausage had a funky taste of what I gather is either cologne or detergent!

Pros: We ateCons: Saw the waiter 4 times; When we ordered drinks, when he brought drinks and ordered food, when he brought food, and when we finally got the check. The "home fries" were so over cooked, they were hard and burnt tasting. He never asked for refills, never asked if we need anything, and was nowhere to be found. The place wasn't even busy. You could count the number of tables with customers on one hand. I could keep ranting, but it isn't worth my time.

Usually don't mind this place, but they always have luke warm coffee and they tend to skimp on portions. The banana bread and fried chicken is good, the Thanksgiving dinner is awesome, but last time I had the pot roast and a chunk of the beef tasted rotten.

Food was out pretty quick. Our waitress Naudia was the best waitress we have ever had. We will be back again but we will ask to be in Naudias section.

Arrived shortly after church and was seated quickly. Food was great. Our server Chrystal, did a great job of taking care of us and seeing that we didn"t wait for drink refills. I really want to thank Shelleen, (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect) because I felt she made us, but especially me, feel very comfortable. She was very gracious and kind! When we are back in the area, we will be in again.

In a chain of very good restaurants, this location doesn't deserve 1star. Service is beyond awful. Staff, although plentiful is under trained and not motivated. Will not return under this management.

Excellent French toast on briosh bread, served hot with whipped butter and syrup. He had a very tasty omelet with hash browns and toast. We are full and it didn't break the bank.

Soup and half a sandwich are always good . Got a family soup to go.

Waited over 1/2 hour for our food and it was cold and not very good at all. They only had 10 tables with people at them and 3 servers so not busy at all Service and food quality really went down hill. Guess we won't be going back for a long time if ever.

Waited 45mins for a coffee refill, asked the lady 3 to 4 times for more. She forgot to put our order in after 45mins of taking our order.

Okay....The pancakes were to gummy, but I enjoyed the Skillet dish.

Just your average Bob Evans. Food was good, but not oversize. If you're hungry, you'll probably be wanting more by the time you're finished. The price of potatoes m just have gone up quite a bit, because the size of my hash browns were embarrassing!

Food was ok when we got it. The place was half full and we still waited 20+ minutes to get our meal after we ordered. Not good.

Purchase online and paid at time of order... got there at specified tome and NO FOOD, they had not even started to order. 1/2 hour later the girl is just setting container of food on counter.. ALL my food there on counter waiting to be bagged and she walks away to wait on other people letting my food get cold. Finally I stepped in and excused my self to the next person she was going to check out and asked her to please put my food in the bag and hand to me so I could go. She did, but not without a disgusted smirk. Yes I will go back, love BE but definately I was not not happy.

1 hour waiting on food and havent seen a waitress for a refill either

Food was great today and we had a very nice waitress.

The menu is great, family oriented and good seating. The only downfall is that you should be prepared to wait for your meal. However, while waiting an excellent server named Juan will provide you with exceptional service!

The WORST Bob Evans experience ever. As soon as we walked in, the elderly hostess shouted at us that we would be waiting 30 minutes for food. There was no greeting whatsoever. The waitress was friendly and prompt to take the order. Food took about 40 minutes. The Eggs Benedict were sub par to say the least - eggs were not poached, rather pan fried and definitely over cooked. There was barely a drizzle of hollandaise sauce. When I requested more, the waitress brought some, but it wasn't even more than a tablespoon. She was apologetic. I will never return to this Bob Evans and will steer others away.
